SkySpark: Updating a Tuning Property

  1. In the SkySpark rule app, locate the Tuning tab at the top left.
    • This is the third tab across the navigation bar.
  2. This tab lists all the tunable parameters for each rule.
    • You can adjust these parameters to fine-tune how each rule behaves.

Changing Tuning Parameters​

  • When you change a tuning parameter, it is important to recompute the associated rule to apply the changes.
  • You can find the recompute option under the Debug tab.

Recomputing the Rule​

  1. Navigate to the Debug tab.
    • This is the fourth tab across the top of the interface.
  2. In the Debug tab, select Rules from the arrow drop-down menu.
    • This will list all the available rules in the project.
  3. Find and select the rule that you modified.
  4. In the top left of the interface, you will see a Recompute button.
    • Press this button to recalculate the rule with the updated tuning parameters.

Final Steps​

  • After recomputing, refresh the Roster to ensure the changes have been applied correctly.
